We usually follow a “build and sell” model for the properties, Since our incorporation, we have completed more than 56 projects in Delhi/ NCR. Our residential projects generally are comprised of groups of apartments by Brand Names of “Bharat Apartments”.
Now we are about to complete “Bharat Residency” 3 BHK Luxury Apartments and Penthouses at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, we are coming with a larger multi-purpose township project “Bharat Heights” at Inderprastha Yojna, Ghaziabad, committed to built 2/3 BHK Affordable Houses, its just 3.5 kms form Delhi Border and 5 kms from Dilshad Garden GTB Hospital and Metro Station.
